Get involved

Our events only happen because villagers give up their time to help. We always need people for:

• Marquee erection — usually Friday evening before a summer event, and 9.30am on the morning of Bonfire Night. We'll always confirm exact timings via baldonsinfo and in the event detail here on the site
• Marquee take-down — the morning after
• Bar team — during events
• Car parking — particularly for Fireworks Night
• General helping hands — all the little things that make events work

No special skills needed — just willingness. Get in touch and we'll let you know when we need people.

Have an idea for a new village event? Know of a worthy local cause that deserves support? We hold regular committee meetings and welcome suggestions from anyone in the villages.
